“We are passionate about logistics and want to give the children at the children's hospice days that are full of life.”
It's been almost a year since our last visit to the hospice. And yet it feels as if it were only yesterday.
The in-person visit and the personal and intensive exchange with Christian Schüddekopf (Member of the Board) last year touched us really deeply.
Far removed from our everyday lives - where we all go about our business, live, and work - this was a very special and moving experience that will remain in our memories for a long time to come.
The children's hospice is a place where seriously ill children and adolescents, along with their families, have the opportunity - for a specific period of time - to recharge their energy, connect with other families in different life situations, spend time together, participate in various activities, receive medical care, take advantage of various therapeutic services, and create positive memories.
The staff at the hospice (volunteer and employed) provide 24/7 care for the children and their families.
We would like to honour this important work.
