What a fantastic weekend focused on “team building”!
Not only did Berlin impress us as a city - this weekend, above all, showed what’s possible when employees from different locations across Germany come together, exchange ideas, and share experiences.
It was wonderful to see so many employees participate and make this event something special with their energy, openness, and team spirit.
It was especially noticeable how colleagues from different locations grew even closer together. Encounters turned into conversations, and conversations led to new connections—and that’s exactly what makes moments like these so valuable.
A real highlight: our digital city scavenger hunt through Berlin. Discovering the city together, solving puzzles, laughing, and experiencing Berlin from a completely new perspective. We then wrapped up Saturday evening with a group dinner in a very special atmosphere.
Weekends like these create far more than just fond memories.
They build trust, forge connections, and strengthen our sense of unity.
